An exciting start-up has a new opportunity for an experienced Mobile App Developer to join their technical team near Milton Keynes. They have been developing their mobile app in-house for two years and have several large brands using white-labelled versions.

Joining their technical team, you will be focused on defining and developing requirements to the highest standards. You will have strong and recent Android and iOS platform knowledge and be confident working on every stage of the mobile software development lifecycle. This will involve writing implementing new features, bug fixes as well as resolving complex tickets with a view to ensuring output is of the highest quality, maintainable and secure.

App Tech Stack is:

  • Xamarin Forms
  • Unity
  • EntityFramework Core (using SQLite)
  • AppCenter
  • Azure PaaS
  • Azure DevOps Pipelines
  • Visual Studio on Windows and Mac
  • XCode
  • Syncfusion

You will have commercial Xamarin experience, however they are also open to mobile app developers looking for a new challenge in a role where you can develop your Xamarin skills. C# experience (5 years+) is essential.

You can expect to work in an agile and collaborative environment with a strong focus on quality, stability and innovation. Innovation and continuous improvement are key, and a core focus of the team has been to build a continuous delivery pipeline to automate the management of multiple versions of the app. Powered by Azure DevOps and AppCenter they are building and deploying new versions of the app multiple times per day.
