We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's fast growing digital marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for the right person, who will work across a broad range of digital marketing activities including SEO, content strategy, social media, affiliates, emails and CRM management and utilising analytics tools to report on e-commerce performance.

You will have 5+ experience either client side or within an agency, being equally adept at presenting ideas to clients as they would be undertaking the work themselves. You will be able to help clients find the right digital marketing solution by possessing a broad knowledge of the solutions available, but with a devoted area of expertise. This role would be perfect for someone already in a Marketing Consultant role or a specialist in a particular area (SEO, paid media etc) who wants to move into a broader marketing role.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of digital experts, who report into the Senior Digital Strategist and Managing Partner responsible for client strategy. The work will see you take ownership of both UK and global clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide digital strategy and user experience expertise for clients and internal teams.
  • Perform detailed research into clients, their industry, their existing digital marketing campaigns and competitors across multiple markets.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to use digital technology to enhance their overall marketing mix.
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing leadership and support during strategy, development and execution.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team with research, analysis, recommendations and reporting in related areas.
  • Structure and present recommendations to clients.
  • To proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements.
  • To develop knowledge on an ongoing basis of developments in SEO, paid search, display, re-targeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social, Conversion Optimisation, website design, inbound marketing and other key, relevant channels that provide traffic and conversions for clients and to share this with your team

Person Requirements

  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • A great team player who is prepared to work collaboratively but also on their own initiative
  • Possess the ability and willingness to upskill other members of the team
  • Have proven results and case studies from marketing activity including: SEO, CRO and paid media
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Technical SEO, as well as off-page and on-page factors
  • Someone who is prepared to ‘roll up their sleeves’, as well as taking on a mentoring role where required
  • Experience using leading digital marketing software
  • Confident presenting to clients/prospective clients
