A critical leadership role within a forward-thinking, award-winning print and packaging agency, acting as the principal link between client and agency, in order to deliver outstanding creative results that meet the client’s strategy and exceed their expectations.

The role of the Senior Account Manager is to oversee the delivery of the company business plan whilst being responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and achieving growth targets. This role involves working with one of the Group’s Managing Partners and the Group Management Team whilst at the same time meeting changing business requirements.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, and working closely with the creative team, one of the main objectives of the role is to oversee client projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly through the studio and achieve their full potential. In addition, the Senior Account Manager will identify areas of growth and business development with exiting and new clients.

Planning, forecasting, quoting, presenting, monitoring, liaising, scheduling and reporting are all key aspects of this role. You will have extensive experience of delivering packaging and point of sale projects, brand identity and integrated campaigns, and managing, motivating and developing a team. Ideally you will hold an IDM Postgraduate Diploma Qualification, or equivalent. You will be highly skilled at developing client relationships, project delivery, presenting and developing sound marketing strategies.
