Our client, a global digital marketing agency with offices in New York has a great opportunity for an talented 'Senior Account Manager' to join their dynamic team in London.

This a fantastic opportunity to grow your account management experience on an international level. You will need to be self-motivated and proactive in your approach and be able to hit the ground running, with a proven track record in managing complex and quick moving accounts.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will be working directly with our clients to explore and understand their requirements, liaising with the Strategic, Technical and Creative departments to schedule requirements, and then work as part of the internal teams to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
  • Negotiating details of campaigns and other marketing activities.
  • Working with other agency colleagues to devise campaign, direct, digital and marketing solutions that meet the client's brief and budget.
  • Building strong client relationships to retain clients.
  • Writing comprehensive briefs for the creative team that add value to client projects and follow the agreed briefing format.
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the organisation by maintaining. regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  • Ensuring a consistent approach to processes across our different office locations.
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
  • Accurately proofing and checking work.
  • Arrange and attend meetings.
  • Writing client contact reports.
  • Developing accurate time and campaign plans and providing client costings and quotations.
  • Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activity.
