Our client who specialises in Sports Hospitality for Formula 1 (Silverstone) and Monaco GP has a new opportunity for a dedicated and passionate ‘New Business Development Manager’. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing VIP hospitality company near Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Managing Director this role will see you take ownership of creating new sales strategies and to help grow our client's business portfolio across Retail and Sports Hospitality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new business leads and converting to sales
  • Instigating and conducting face-to-face client meetings via research & telesales
  • Hosting clients at events when necessary
  • Working closely with MD & Marketing Manager to establish new sales and marketing strategies
  • Full utilization of Sales Force CRM to produce accurate prospect lists and pipelines
  • Proactively utilising multiple methods to identify a strong pipeline of new business
  • Generating business via cold calling, networking and social selling
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Cold call as appropriate within the local market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and expos, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Build long term relationships with existing and new clients

Candidate Specification:

  • Minimum 3 years+ sales experience within a Sports Hospitality and/or Retail sectors (highly desirable)
  • Genuine interest and passion for Formula One (F1) and motorsports
  • Must have a track record of hitting sales targets and increasing revenue
  • Comfortable dealing in both B2B + B2C sales environments
  • Experience using Salesforce (an advantage)
  • Experience in cold calling / telesales
  • A persuasive and engaging personality

  • Strategic and proactive thinker
  • Passionate and enthusiastic personality
  • Acts with honesty and integrity

Please note – Transport and Travel

It’s essential to have your own transport for client meetings (fully expensed by the company) and be available to attend Formula One (F1) events including Silverstone and Monaco for business networking opportunities and social engagement.
