Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key role will be to grow, maintain and protect relationships with existing clients. From day one, you will be taking ownership of your sector and growing your key accounts over the phone (B2B Sales) and smashing your weekly targets – a confident and charismatic telephone manner is absolutely essential in this role.

As a ‘Sales Operations Manager’ you will be responsible for working to align the Sales, Marketing and Operations team ensuring the provision of high quality hospitality packages. You will facilitate the sale, ensuring the overall sales process runs seamlessly from inception through to post event rebooking’s. Managing multiple tasks effectively and juggling priorities are critical in the role to ensure delivery of the team and overall business goals.
