Salary: From £25,000 - £35,000 + company benefits/perks

The Account Manager role will see you:

  • Working closely with their clients from the outset, providing first class customer service, working effectively with decision makers at all levels
  • Knowledge of print and production processes, terms and timescales
  • Knowledge of digital processes and technologies including scoping, technical specifications and how they are project managed
  • Working on multiple projects to tight timescales
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of and practice using digital analysis tools e.g. Google Analytics
  • Ability to recognise when to escalate an issue to the more senior members of the team
  • To confidently discuss ideas and actively participate in and lead client meetings

The ideal candidate will:

  • Full understanding of the marketing mix
  • Be educated to degree level, or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience gained in a client facing role (Agency-side)
  • Be comfortable understanding and interpreting data
  • Have an affinity with digital
  • Be a strong team player with organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have flexibility and resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
